1. Use of Services

• Fin2Wealth offers financial planning, investment distribution (mutual funds), insurance advisory, loan consulting.
• Services are available only to Indian residents above 18 years of age, who are legally capable of entering into contracts.

2. Registration & Accuracy

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information while registering or availing any service from Fin2Wealth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Consultation & Advice

• Basic consultations are free. Comprehensive financial planning or personalized advisory may attract a service fee, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
• Advice is offered based on the details provided by you, and you are responsible for the final investment decision.

4. Regulatory Status

• Fin2Wealth is registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI (ARN-335106) and as a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor under IRDAI (Consultant Code: 01861570).
• We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) currently. Advisory is provided under distribution guidelines.

5. No Guarantee of Returns

• Investments in mutual funds, insurance, and market-linked products are subject to market risks.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Fin2Wealth does not guarantee any fixed returns.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools

• Fin2Wealth may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, KYC portals). We are not liable for their content, privacy, or service delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and material on the platform (logos, PDFs, videos, etc.) are owned by or licensed to Fin2Wealth. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Fin2Wealth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss arising out of the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Changes & Updates

• Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
